Sports and Games with a twist.

Reinvent your favorite outdoor sports and play it indoors. You can blow up a balloon, move some furniture around and play floating football at home. Make sure to throw away any balloon shreds if they burst as they could be a choking hazard. You can also play hide-and-seek or set up a scavenger hunt with lots of treats hidden. It will keep them occupied for a while, and they get nice rewards along the way.

A fun way to get your child moving is through dancing. Put on some of your child’s favorite tune and let them dance away. This also helps them develop a sense of rhythm and you, as well as other family members can also get in on the fun.
